HOW ITS MADE

FIBERGLASS

• • • manufactured using a variety of methods, we use s-glass (fiberglass,) in conjunction with a  high end   / high heat deflection temperature

CARBON FIBER

• • • manufactured using vacuum infusion process, for a uniform, consistently lightweight part. We use 19.7 oz 12k 2×2 twill for all of our visual carbon fiber products.

• Polished (Raw, but polished (no Clearcoat) – this is how most carbon fiber parts on the market are delivered) – ready for installation. * Please Note: In order to protect from fading / “foggy” look, or “yellowing” caused by UV’s , this option will require regular maintenance / polishing as necessary. – ready for installation.
• Standard Gloss (Clearcoat with UV Protection) – ready for installation.
• Show Car Finish (4-5 coats of Premium Clearcoat, Cut & Buffed to a flat, mirror-like shine, no “orange peel”)
• Primer (Urethane) – ready for prep / seal / paint
• Paint / Standard Finish (Please Call for Quote) – ready for installation.
• Paint / Show Car Finish Clearcoat (Please Call for Quote) – ready for installation.
